I had my c/s in the very early hours of a Sunday morning, on the Friday after I went to the shops for coffee. After we had to get some grocery type things, but ended up getting a full load but I was very sore afterwards. That night we also went to a friend's BBQ but I was sitting relaxing most of the night.
