I had a CS with my first for a couple of reasons, she was frank breech and had known medical problems which would require a qualified team at her birth, it turned out to be the best decision I made having a CS as she needed quiet extensive care at birth.

With DD2 I would have liked to have a VB but when we discovered that she has a heart condition we decided (after months of discussion) to have another CS so that cardiac team could be in the theatre waiting for her to arrive. The only other option was to be induced but as I had a previous CS I was not comfotable with that.

With this baby I would like to attempt a VBA2C however if baby has a medical condition again I would not hesitate having another CS. I healed well after my previous CS's and I don't really feel that I have to have a VB to feel like a woman or a Mum but it would be nice to experience it if I can, if you know what I mean.
