My cesarean was really good. The painful part was the spinal block but then I didn't feel anything below the waist. They had a drip in my arm and gave me some happy drugs because I was so scared when they were about to cut me open but apart from that, as soon as I saw my baby girl i forgot about everything else. You will be fine!
