Sometimes when I am bored I go for a drive, and if I'm relaxed and don't actually need to be anywhere at a certain time (so sometimes even if I am just popping down to the shops and not in a rush) I drive about 10km below. In saying that though, if someone comes up behind me I often go back up to the speed limit so as not to annoy them =)
