just thought I'd let you guys know that FTB claims are now done exclusively online (unless you are unable to read/write, or don't have proficient english skills to complete the claim) - this has only changed in the last few months - you'll get all the paperwork you need from your midwife/hospital - jump online and have a go at the FTB claim, by all means if you get stuck give the FAO staff a call - they'll be happy to help...but they're no longer able to do the claim process over the phone! I've had a look at the online claim and its fairly easy to use - much better than filling in a 100 page paper form (which you'll have to argue to get because they don't even exist anymore! They have to be printed off one by one which takes a long time and wastes a lot of paper!)
