Best way to temp

Just wondering what is the most accurate way to take a temp? Vaginally or oral? Or doesn't it matter as long as you are consistant? As I do shift work I'm thinking it's going to be hard to take it at a consistant time, any ideas?? Thanks

I do shift work as well, and basically make sure I wake up at the same time every day (unless I'm working at the time I temp) and I usually take it veginally, though I dunno how accurate it is. HTH
