That's great that you've had your appointment and that she gave some answers you were looking for ie: Not ovulating and hormones ok etc... Here's hoping I have the same luck with you tomorrow at my appointment. I'm a little nervous I don't know what to expect at my first consultation??? Haven't had AF yet STILL but am hoping that he could give me something aswell to get things going!
In the meantime, I have ordered a basal thermometer so I can start charting and also went ahead and bought Vitex (Agnus Castus) to hopefully bring on AF and ovulation aswell as to regulate my cycles !!
I have also started writing things down in a journal to monitor how my body is feeling and when I do things.
I really hope everything starts to come together for you and would be interested to hear what becomes of your chart with the acupuncturist!
