I came off the pill end of March 06 after 12yrs no break. I have been seeing an acupuncturist who has managed to stabilise my cycle to 30 days every month and a reduction in Mentrual symptoms.
I can honestly say without the help I believe my cycle would never have settled as the reason I went on the pill was 6yrs irregular cycles as a teen.
There is nothing greater than knowing when you are due while TTC. It takes a huge load off.
