Child care fees issues

It's dd with the agreement that fees are taken out fortnightly on a Friday. This happens before I see a statement of how much is due to be paid. So money comes out on Friday ill get statement on usually a Tuesday or Wednesday after its taken out. When she's taken out less Than she should have I told her to take that amount out ie. $72. That would bring me up to date. But instead its for an strange amount. We'll see what her response is to my email.

I reckon you should try and do a different payment method. I hate direct debit.

Definitely try to switch to another payment method then. I've pretty much decided that I will *never* do direct debit anymore, basically once you've signed that form they can pretty much do whatever they like. If they can't/won't let you organize Internet payments from your end, you can write them a cheque every week. Which takes them time & costs them money, so it's an incentive for them to get themselves organized to receive Internet payments.
