Our old creche did one. All recipes were contributed by the families. Some inlcuded photo's of the kids making the dishes or eating the dishes. Each page was on an A4 piece of paper, printed nicely with a border, a photo if inlcuded and which family shared the recipe.
It was put together using those binders that you can turn pages with (sorry, I don't know what they are called). The 'art work' in the book used as borders was designed and drawn by the kinder kids and they also did the front and back cover and varoius little pictures through the book.
It is has been put toghether really well. In sections with a contents page and the recipes have been grouped together such as light meals and snacks an so forth.
Each family that was interested in purchasing one had to pre pay, think it was around $10 mark, not 100% though.
It's a lovely memory to keep.
