If you know where you are moving to, ring the council offices, most will have a kindergarden or childrens services co-ordinater. I would ring them ASAP - I know ours close for apps in June the previous year, but I am assuming there is something in place for people who move to an area. Its like school applicaitrons have closing dates but we had at least one new kid each year who started when they moved to the area'
