I prefer to use the topical cream. I think it works faster.
You'll notice the difference within the first 24 hours though. 4/5 days and it should be pretty much non existent.
If there are still signs, use the repeat. But unless it is necessary, I personally wouldn't want my child on abs for that long.

The sores are healing up nicely The GP asked that i come back on Monday so I'll see what he says about the second dose of AB's. Not keen on a second repeat. Funnily enough she has been so so happy and playful all this week. But she's been cooped up in the house with my mum or SIL while I'm at work. She will be ecstatic to go to daycare next week

Plus i'm getting over a bout of gastro, I haven't eaten anything but a banana, very slowly, since Wednesday night. I feel sick and I'm scared to eat anything! It just makes me feel worse
