He is pooing ok, nearly into those BF baby poo's not the black poo anymore. But yeah, sleepy & not weeing & yellow.
I couldn't hardle tell that DD2 was weeing, the nappies felt so light, but the Paed siad there was wee in there just by lifting it, and we are probably only talking about 20-30grams, so not a lot. Keep a track on it and hopefully he sorts himself out

And if he is sleepy, but you are waking him and he is still feeding well I wouldn't be as concerned, but if he can't be woken for a good feed then I would be more concerned
