On the cadbury website they have a fantastic moist chocolate cake recipe. I substitute the butter with nuttelex. No milk in this recipe at all.
Google Cadbury Moist Chocolate Cake Recipe. We made it again on the weeekend, this time as cupcakes instead of one big cake, they are soooo yummy!

We subbed butter for nutellex here for all DD2's dairy free - we also used soy in some cakes.
Oatmilk would prob be nicer as it would be sweeter

I find using nuttelex & rice milk works fine with cakes. Don't do a lot of baking, mind you. good luck!

Be careful with rice milk and oat milk, the different sugars can make the top crack a bit more.
