thanks Gigi..i am sure the "fluff" will be with me tomorrow..hehehehe

I got my GD nappy BUT no care instructions....Must email to find out if there are any special care intructions...DON'T want to ruin this nappy
what fabrics is your nappy made from?

are there any decorative bits e.g applique?

what colour is the inner and outer?

who made your nappy? Cherub's Kiss, Pookey Pockets, Possum Pouches etc?

WARDYGIRL - i think that's lucky you can blame the blueberry purchases on your DD! take some heat off you! Which blueberry did you choose? the OSFA aplix pockets, the side snap sized pockets? do they make aio's too? any wraps? and what colours/prints did you get? They're a good width in the pocket too, so you'll be able to stuff them with a variety of things e.g other brand bamboo trifolds.

RHYB - what were ds' welts from? (you've prolly explained b4 but i forget).

wotbb: big commotion to get a nappy on bilby, after most of today in knickers. she held on basically from 9am to 4pm, then wet two pairs of knickers where she stood. Then wanted to sit on pillows NAKED, all i could think of was "you haven't pooed yet today, no way jose!!". so big fight to get her to lie down on nappy, for me to do up. every nappy fight, she manages to hit my newly stitched finger multiple times - i dread it.

just before the two pee times, she had a whale of time trying on knickers on Monkey and Teddy, which translates to her jumping up and down, asking ME to put their knickers on, repeat in 20 secs, so teddy and monkey got to try on EVERY pair of knickers she has. and in my search for small enough knickers, lets just say, there were plenty of changes. sigh. she's fine, as soon as dh walks in, i open my mouth, like a real dill "How was your day" "i'm exhuasted from changing plush toy's knickers!".

Gigi, my parents have a spare room if you needed Melb accom for a short while to visit your mum, feel free to email me if that becomes an option for you.

    I can't believe I still haven't bought a blueberry.

thanks for the kind offer Nelle, everything is so up in the air, i don't have any definites right now. We're going on daily phonecalls to the hospital in melb.

but just so i'm crystal, it's me, dh and bilby. (not just me and bilbs) - in case that makes a difference.

You have time to get a blueberry, Silas isn't TT-d yet, and even if he was training, they make trainers too!

Is the weewuns near Bendigo? or Melbourne?

closer to melb really. You'd be closer to Darlings Downunder.

I know, neither Riv or Si are TT'd, I'll have to check their budget.

blimey, booroi have 259 items on special!! pity i don't need anything they have! but some great bargains for people starting/building a stash.

anyone after watermelon pink Bum Genius osfa pockets, they have some at v.gd price (since the recent price spike on those). Even the organic ones are on special (in more colours).

sorry teru, can't give you a personal recommendation on the ecobubs pocket, never tried them. I have a feeling, someone on this thread might have said the pocket opening is at the front? or was that a diff brand? unsure.

i was interested in the ecobubs at one stage, them being a sidesnapper. but i emailed a seller to ask the crotch width, adn that decided me against them. (too wide for bilbs).

they are machine washable, due to small percentage of synthetic in outer. i think they would be fine stuffed with bamboo trifold etc.

Beatrix - you shouldn't have told me about the sale at booroi. But I'm being good and not buying anything - even though I could start buying larges for Ty cause he'll be needing them sometime.

Gigi- I got a zebra print, 'sapphire' blue side snapper and a green camo. The wetbag is the same print green camo. And that blew $130 without postage! I didn't really ask her about any other products sorry. I was a bit distracted by the boys - particularly Tyler - dipping her remote in a cup of water, and then trying to crawl out the door cause the kids were all playing outside. I just knew if I was going to buy anything it had to be minkee and seeing everyone kept talking about blueberrys, I thought I'd see what the interest was... oh and they are interesting!

Last night was Ty's 2nd night in cloth. It feels really good that he hasn't been in a sposie since Monday night. I imagine he'll outgrow being in just a BBB but for now it's working fine for him.
