I missed 4 in the count last night. make that 69 nappies.

Kitten last time Maz got the whiff of a pg it was Melbel, but sadly that angel was too perfect for this earth. So I am sending sticky vibes before I know that it is her

Well Em is rashy on her thighs again. She has been weeing a bit at night and it is where her thighs rub the outside of her nappy.

Best go and clean the house, got a valuer coming today.

I tried out the moogoo MSM last night. DS was playing at my aunty's house and went for a tumble on the grass. He gets rashes from grass (not sure if its an allergy becuase they dont seem too severe, but he has really sensitive skin, esp on his face) so one side of his face was covered ina red rash from the grass. I forgot to have a close look this morning but i didnt notice it, so I think it has cleared up pretty nicely - its normally 3-4 days before it goes, so I will check again tonight.

Yay I got another preloved Sandman for Ripley! Planes and trains this time.

For those who've MCNed the under 6mth-ers, what did you use as a night nappy? Did you buy one thats specifically for nights or because you usually change them when they feed do you just use normal nappies and/or covers?

More miscounting, missed the bag that got returned yesterday and can use some extra AI2 insters in normal covers. That brings it up to 77. Hmm considering I started with 2 I think I did well!!

Anna - I never used cloth until Em was 9 months or so, but I am planning to use a fitted with extra boosting for Leah, or a CT with extra boosting, coz that is what we usually do for Sarah and Em. We only have a couple of dedicated NNs.

Well I better get on with it, the Valuer will be here in under 2 hours. I have just put the outdoor setting back outside and I need to clean the lounge and kitchen.

K - they should reply either way. When you post a message they will also get an email notification of the message. So just keep checking your inbox as well as the site message board. If you dont get a response shortly though adn the email that they have as the contact for the site is wrong or not working I would also contact the site with your concerns and that way if you miss each other and she thinks you arent paying or something, someone else will know what is going on
Well done on your first auction win though!!

Anna - we used flats and covers until about 3 months then after that I used sposies for her overnight. she was too small for a NN anyway and it was so hot in Perth that time of year I thought they were too bulky. It also meant that by that time I was sleep feeding her largely, I didnt have to change her so often over night and wake her up iykwim.

Ali - how did the valuation go? Good stuff on all the cleaning you have been doing, cant have been easy

Just made my first Twinklwlily purchase yay! $40 AIO so I hope they are good! lol it is a lot of money, but it was just so gorgeous I couldnt resist.
Twinklelily are about to begin stocking on Nurture Nappies too for all those interested

Tried Charlotte's new BBH on her today - and she pulled it off!! lol she is loving her nappy off time atm....keeps weeing without her nappy on and seems to be waiting for a nappy free run before doing a poo in the corner of the bedroom...pmsl it is like a dog!

WOHB: after finally getting the BBH to stay on by putting a skirt on over it, we are now back in a sposie

Limey, yeah it was fine, He just needed to check what was already in the house and take a couple of measurements. Maybe the prosepctive buyer will buy it but not fussed if they don't, not like it affects us either way.

I have to go make a sandwich for Sarah, she had a huge lunch so I am not doing a massive dinner tonight, just sandwiches.

Kitten-I have had probs contacting a buyer on B4B, but they eventually checked their message board and got back to me. I'd give it a few days.

She emailed me I am waiting to hear back. I brought it off B4B but the seller said it was an A12 and it was used a 'couple of times' so I am gathering 2 or 3 times. I have washed it half a dozen times and strip washed it so I am hoping it is supposed to be a fitted? lol

qn abt dryers: is it ok to dryclean pockets every so often? im not sure whether we have a machine at the place we stay or its jst laundry services so need to know, otherwise im washing them by hand.

packing nappies: is spacebags the best way to take nappies on a trip?

finally picked up my booroi order frm the PO, the BP is so soft just want to pat it all the time hehe. it's a nice reddish colour makes me want to eat it LOL cant wait to put it on DS. i got 6 extra BG inserts plus more on the way so i think i'm all set nappy-wise to go o/s. now just have to sit down to write my list.

Mother Ease Bamboo One Size MCN - What do people think of them?

I got 4 off the internet and I'm thinking that they really need to be boosted! If anyone has any experience with these nappies, I'd love to hear it!

    TIA

Winter - I think they are good for a light - medium wetter. My DS out peed them pretty quick - but, if he has had a lot to drink - he can out pee an itti in an hour.

Thanks Arimeh, I just can't see how they could go on without being boosted...looks like they just dont have enough absorbency ?

I'm still preggers at the mo and have NOOOO experience, but building up my stash slowly.

Luckily I have a heap of the bamboo boosters from Baby Beehinds so if bubba wets through, I will just boost them.

    Are Cooshie Tooshie's any good?
