monkey doodlez , i just bought the boosters to use in other nappies. i hope they'll be ok .. i havent relly heard rave or overly negative reviews about them .. all i know is that they are very large sizing !!
They SUCK (the nappy not the booster)! I had them when Ash was a newborn, he was a very light wetter but they STILL leaked every time I ended up selling it I was so sick of having to change his clothes after half an hour!

Okay nevermind found her size chart.

Can someone help me before I buy anything? If I want an AI2 day nappy, do I want fleece or PUL lined? Minky or MM fleece?

ETA - I just took a guess lol I did minkee, fleece lined.
That's what I would have picked too!

Well I just had some interest in the tassie girls thread from a lady expecting twins so lets hope I didn't overload her with my info packed PM

Today I went shopping with Ash because the boys are in family day care Wednesdays, and I got soooo many compliments about Ashtons nappy He was wearing an orange minky pheonix embroidered WC daydreamer. I even had a DAD stop and ask to pat his bum I sort of giggled... he was cute too

GF nappies .... i have 2 , one girraffe minky AI2 that i Never use and one all fleece nappy that gets used alot .. i dont use the minky one as it makes a noise when you move a round the PUL , making it a bit stiff ... kinda like laminated PUL , not sandwich PUL .. i prefer sandwich PUL .. JMO ..

its sitting in my basket , not being used for me (nothing wrong with the nappy AT ALL ) but for me it just didnt gel. where as the pink 200wt baum fleece butterfly one gets worn all the time , if i were to buy another GF nappy i would get fleece lined minky ..

and WR Wild Childs.. i feel a bit sad about the fact that all my WC ever does is leak i got jealous when one said hers didnt ... *sniff*

Thanks Anna - Just don't believe everything you hear about me

You girls are making me want a GF, but there's such a long wait. Probably even longer with all of you now ordering haha

I'm still making DS home made nappies which he loves, whenever I tell him it's time to change his nappy he goes and picks one of his favourites for me

Do any of you (of course Maz does) make nappies at home in addition to your bought ones? I find myself wanting to customize nappies online more than they allow hehe.

Cheeky - I am waiting for a snap press to be available at greenbeans and will probably order some fabric while I am at it. But at the moment my priority is making PP pads and building my pad stash, seeing as I have a fair few nappies now. I might experiment with some nappies while I am at it, but they will not be as high on my list of things to try. I also need an overlocker and maybe a new sewing machine (mine wont sew more than 2 layers at a time )

Lea my WC doesn't ever leak. Is the booster really wet or is it a leak from something else?
the booster seems OK , its the PUL shell that leaks like crazy , i have changed the booster and it wicked but didnt leak like it does with the WC booster in ..i have put it in the dryer on medium , just to "seal" the PUL and its done nuffin , i dont use cream , and i use v little washing liquid (nutural instincs washing liquid) so im not sure.

    anyways ..
all these laydeez getting fluff .. im so jealous .. i have absolutley no cash for any nappies .. and i think ive just about tried them all
