OMG J - so obviously this mornings test was positive!!! CONGRATS!!!

Well yesterday I found out where half my stash was.... DH usually 'cleans' the girls' room. Turns out they have been hiding them and he has been 'man cleaning' So I might need to do a strip wash. How does DW detergent go in a FL? At least their room is clean now, all I need to do is find someone with a carpet shampoo-er so I can really clean it properly.

I now have 2 basket fulls of nappies to put back together...

Anyone want to help resurrect my spare room? Mount Foldmore is overtaking Mount Louisa.

BTW, I do have washing in both the machine and the dryer and all 3 kids are asleep so I am taking a break and will do the rest of the cleaning when they wake up

    WOLB: Ecobubs
WOEB: Old pink and brown stripey CT. I think the old ones have held up longer but I still love the new ones.

I agree with Kitt3n. Leah's Boorori prefolds are DA BOMB. Just like Maz's but Maz is the busiest woman around . I still use them as boosters, they fold to the perfect size to fit a medium Swaddlebees if you fold them length ways. And they are good for filling the gap when I cant find the right boosters :$

Must be off to put nappies on the older 2 for bed

My spare room is filled with boxes...... I almost fell on charlie twice trying to find misplaced items due to DP's packing logic (or lack of). Seriously do baby clothes go with an electric shaver? anyone........?

Yet another one of my 2 month old nappies has given up and they are yet to answer my last email.... NOT IMPRESSED!

WOCB: Bonnibuns black paw print night nappy. hope she sleeps tonight!

Well the BBH petitealls arrived this morning - WOW, they are so trim!

I am not keeping them though as I have more sugarshots on the way (which weren't on the way when I ordered these!)

BUT GOSH, I really think everyone should get some!

WOHB.... Sugarshot (lol it must seem that I never change her - but we have almost enough now to be full time in them)

CL, Shell has been run off her feet recently. Emails are taking a little longer than usual even for me I am thinking about suggesting to her to go back to the hemp because I have had a few go funny too. The washing instructions have been updated too. Good Luck with them though and if there is anything I can help with send me a PM.

Not much nappy news here. Just having one of THOSE days. Em had poo all over her and a bit on the carpet this morning, followed by when I went to to put the car seats in DH's car so we could take mine to the crash repairer the whole car was full of mould. Then I forgot to take my base ID out of my car so had to go back there before playgroup and then when I got home AF was waiting for me. Bleurgh.

WOLB: Swaddlebess with a borooroi prefold in it.

Alioops- i have always been a wash daily person regarding nappies til just recently when my stash got to 20 odd. Was using 6-8 and washing next morning while rotating another lot of 6-8 with a few in reserve so lucky I didn't have any bamboo go on me. The elastic was actually the problem, it'd just fail but hopefully it's the end of the bad lot for me. First lot i bought are still going strong and it's just been a few randoms.

So i have all my lovely nappies dry and constructed for the first time in a fortnight. Love how Charlie actually napped for an hour and a half for the first time EVER this morning. I got so much done.

WOCB: Bonnibuns Choc Dot night nappy and she's sleeping like an angel....... hope she stays there tonight although if she sleeps through I will probably wake up and check on her a tonne.

Not much happening fluff-wise for us at the moment. DS has been in sposies for the last week or so - I've been plain old lazy, morning sickness is making me feel less than average and dealing with poo is just not high on my list of fun things to do right now. Bleurrgh.

Must go look into these booroi pre-folds - realistically how many would I need for the newborn stage, and how many covers can you get away with?

Hun if you are going to do full time I would go with about 2 dozen - and say 6-8 covers.....

The best thing about the Booroi prefolds is that they double up for so many other uses too - I now use them under Laa's butt at nappy change, you can use tem as spew rags, nappy free time mats, and even when they get bigger you can still use the small prefolds in the medium covers - they really are the most versatile product I have come across.

Damn postie didn't bring my sugarshots, it's killing me

OHHH, Bimboo, I am so sorry to hear that
    How devestating for you.
I dont really know what to say, but if there is anything I can do to help, I am just here in canungra and could come over easily.
I hope you and your hubby are able to take the time you need to grieve your darling angel.
Congratulations on the safe arrival of Ariyen, I hope she is able to in some way, help to heal the hole in your hearts.
I really am so sorry to hear that you have to go through this. It is so unfair.
