My Mum loves that i use cloth! She likes showing the nappies to people too. With the first grandkids, she was amazed they had coloured terry flats around, so mcns are very exciting.
My mum and MIL are the same - both fascinated at how cute and adorable DS's nappies are (mum's not too keen on the Pies nappy though) and think it's awesome that we're using them. Mum actually rather hates disposables as SIL tends to leave them on a bit too long so they go manky. She says at least with cloth bub knows they're wet and will grumble until you change them
