my 14mth old had a high temp last week with a rash on her back/ belly mostly but with some patches on the arms/ legs. she had her hand in her mouth a lot but I couldn't see inside her mouth to see if she had a sore throat. I took her to the doctor and she said it was viral. two days ago I noticed that her eye teeth had popped through so It could have been a combination of the two.
