My dd is 19 weeks old and in the last few days she has been unsettled and whingy. She has also been a little warm and has rosy cheeks. She usually pulls things right to her moith but lately it has been almost viscious (sp??) the way she grabs something and pulls it straight into her mouth an starts chewing/sucking right away.
Tonight she keeps waking up doing this weird scream/cry but not like her normal tummy pains. If i put her dummy in or boob in she settles right away.
I am just wondering if it cpuld be teething?

It could very well be teeth or it could be the 20 week Wonder Week - it's a shocker!! Our DD was really unsettled for 5 weeks leading into week 20, I was sure she was teething. She did cut her first tooth not long after but I'm certain it was the Wonder Week that made her more unsettled.
Grab some gel teething rings and cool them in the fridge just in case. Also, if your happy to medicate her when needed, make sure you have some Panadol or Nurofen on hand. We found DDs first tooth was pretty non-eventful TBH but the rest have sucked, LOL!
DS got his first tooth around this time. He had 3 nights of waking, grizzled and unsettled, with all the symptoms you describe (We used Panadol). Then, out popped two teeth! The rest came through with no dramas at all if that's any consolation. We also had a big sleep regression around 4 months too!
It's so hard to know isn't it. Could be teeth (can you feel anything along her gumline? Although that's not always the case) could be Wonder Week 20, which was a doozy for us in this household. The most memorable one I tell you. Plus sleep regression at 4 months is pretty normal too.
Go with your instinct, as you know her best, and if all else fails just extra cuddles and BF will get you through the rough patch. Have you thought of an amber teething necklace? We put DD's on at 20 weeks and it hasn't come off since. The first 6 teeth were pretty uneventful with little more than red rosy cheeks, the last 2 we didn't even notice until she was laughing one day and we saw them there!
Could well be bex, sounds the same symptoms as Georgia and her first tooth broke thru the skin last night. Hope she doesnt have too much trouble with them
Shr has had an amber necklace on since 12 weeks. Not sure about the gums! I can feel something but not sure if it is a tooth?? Maybe it is a wonderweek? She is 21 weeks now and still really unsettled and wont be put down without screaming.
