Melzi If you think there is any chance that you might be needing rads after the lumpectomy it's probably best to put your TTC plans on hold until you know a little more about what's happening. Rads is not recommended while you're pregnant and the usual course starts 4-6 weeks after surgery and goes every weekday for 6 weeks. Take a list of questions with you when you go to see the surgeon next week, depending on the pathology results after the lumpectomy you may need to avoid certain types of hormonal therapies, so it's best to ask how to find these sorts of things out early on.
