AF definitely came back with a vengeance... I had nightmares last night and then woke up in a sweat with intense pain and there she was
But at least I am at the start of a new cycle, I feel relieved that AF was only a day or two late in the end. Now I can start afresh.

Yes, I have booked in to get some acupuncture on Friday looking forward to it. I think i will try one more month doing my usual things (EPO, preseed, OPK's, charting etc) and adding the acupuncture. I figured out today that my first appt with FS is the day before my next period is due. And if she recommends Clomid I think I will just take it!
A couple of years ago I wouldn't have thought my future self would say that, but I am just ready for the next stage.

Anyway thanks for the encouragement and I really hope you are making some sense of your cycle now and temps are behaving. Let me know what your acu says about the soy... I did a bit of reading but had conflicting reports. Sometimes I really think it must just be up to our future children rather than us... and all the tiny details we get bogged down in!
