Good on you for being so strong and waiting to test! I always think it is easier to have AF arrive than to see a bfn so it is prob best!
When I was pregnant with DD I didn't have any symptoms at all and only got a faint BFP. Went to the doc and she did a hpt it came back faint as well so did blood test. I didn't actually believe that I was pregnant until I went and had my dating scan around 7 weeks I think, then we I saw it with my own eyes on the ultrasound I finally believed it, so yes you can get a bfp and not have symptoms!
