    Hi girls

smuggle - I haven't had a laproscopy to get this kind of thing checked out, but my sister did a few months ago. She had abdominal pain and then a very low +ve on a blood test for pg. The laproscopy was pretty easy she says (and she does not handle pain well!) and they removed her appendix at the same time. They found fluid in one of her tubes so suspect an ectopic pg that had taken care of itself (btw she is single and wasn't planning a pg so this was not devestating news as it would have been in other circumstances, IYKWIM). She was home later in the day and up and about the next, working a few days later. And like I said, not good with pain! As for cost, it was all done in a public hospital and didn't cost her anything, but maybe that was because of the issue with pain she was having to cause her to be admitted?

    Hope that helps!
