Can you help troubled sperm?

Hi,

My bestie has been TTC for 2 years. Her DH has sperm with low motility, from abnormally shaped sperm (99% of them!) is there anything HE can to get them moving to improve their chances of concieving???

There is a fairly new men`s vitamin out on the market called Menevit, it`s suppose to be very good and is often given to IVF clients.

My DH is on them and has been for the last 6 weeks, sometimes he gets an aftertaste which he doesn`t like but he`s doing it for me, he`ll be happy when he doesn`t have to take them any more LOL

Avoid hot tubs/hot baths/anything else that overheats the little guys
Regualr excercise and stress reduction tequniques (but not over excercise)
Avoid smoking
Don't use a laptop on your lap
Eat brazil nuts.

You can also try Tribulous from your health food shops,helps with sperm production as well,yes Zinc is good,follow a healthy diet,no smoking, drinking alchohol,cut out caffine,go for long walks and no hot baths/spa`s,good luck.

Apparently folic acid is good for poor sperm morphology as well.

Her DH is not keen to cut out coffee totally, he has two cups every morning of home expresso.

Hi,

My DH has <30 sperm DNA fragmentation and of FS at SIVF has put him on menevit which you can buy at the chemist. I have heard great reviews and clinical trials. You you want you can go to their website and explains how it works.

My DH has a second semen test to see if his sperm has improved on the 8th September it takes seven days for the results. Our FS appointment is on the 18/09. I will let you know the results.
