    Boxers not jocks
    Avoid hot tubs/hot baths/anything else that overheats the little guys
    Regualr excercise and stress reduction tequniques (but not over excercise)
    Avoid smoking
    Don't use a laptop on your lap
    Eat brazil nuts.

    You can also try Tribulous from your health food shops,helps with sperm production as well,yes Zinc is good,follow a healthy diet,no smoking, drinking alchohol,cut out caffine,go for long walks and no hot baths/spa`s,good luck.

    Apparently folic acid is good for poor sperm morphology as well.

    Her DH is not keen to cut out coffee totally, he has two cups every morning of home expresso.
