HiJust wondering if anyone else has planned on the foods they will eat when they are pregnant? I personally am cutting out ALL processed foods, and stocking up on fresh foods
Are there any particular foods to avoid like the plague? Also I heard eating certain foods can help reduce the risks of allergies, such as peanut butter etc. OH and I already don't smoke, and I am not fond of drinking so not worried about that
