cramping after ovulation

help!
im currently 3dpo and still having almost constant cramping which is leaving me quiet confused!! ive never had crampin after ive ovulated so not sure whats going on.
anyone else had the same thing?

I have had this some months. This months I have some cramps still on the side I ovulated from.

glad im not the only one!! ive never had this but it seemed to swap sides, had it until yesterday which was 4dpo, only slight niggles today, so who knows!!
