Did you know your baby before you conceived?

i had a dream when i was preg with my first angel... i dreamt that i had a baby in a baby carrier thing and a friend and myself took him into a forest and sat him in an abondoned bus next to another baby in another baby carrier (a girl) and left them there, as we walked away i didnt feel like i was abandoning the baby, just leaving them there together for a while, i lost my little boy, and then afterwards i lost a little girl, i am preg again and i have ALWAYS wanted twins a boy and a girl(since i was a kid), my mum thinks i am preg with twins now, but i have had one scan and there was only one bub, but she is still convinced one is hiding in there somewhere!!! We will have to wait and see!!

My name is Jess and I got pregnant by accident and even though at the time everything seemed all wrong... my life was totally upside down, I wasnt in a relationship with the father and he didnt want me to have the baby since he was only 19. I struggled with this cos I was 28 and he had told me he was 21 but I just had this overwhelming feeling that this baby was meant to be.

I hid it from my family for 7 weeks cos my sister was pregnant and I felt awkward.
One night after i finished work at 1am my mother who lived across the street knocked on my door and said "are you pregnant?"
I was shocked. I said "why would u ask me something like that?"
she said "because i wrote it in my automatic writing" (she does that very rarely where she holds a pen and her "spirit guide" or whatever it is writes stuff.

I was still trying to fight the feelings I had because I was scared to bring a baby into my life without a father to love .
I went to get an ultrasound at 12 weeks and just as the sonographer had finished taking the measurements and was pointing out where the head and where the arms were. The baby started kicking and waving frantically, just out of the blue. It made me smile, it was only 5cms long. That was it for me I definately couldnt hurt my little one especially after it made me smile.

After the ultrasound I felt so strongly it was a boy which was weird cos initially I thought it would be nice to have a girl.
I dreamt of a wolf when I was having all the crazy pregnancy dreams and my korean friend said that in his culture it meant I was having a boy because different animals represent different genders.
I also dreamt of my little boy talking to me. In my dream I said "quick tell me what I should call you before I wake up" and he said "i dont know ...winnie the pooh?"
In my dream he had the most beautiful gentle eyes I had ever seen and I felt that he had an amazing soul
I felt so connected to him and found out on the 20 week ultrasound that I was indeed having a boy and he looks just as I pictured him.
Before he was born I asked for a sign that he was meant to be here because his father was so horrible to me and I felt so down.

When my little boy whom I named Bailey was 2 weeks old I used myspace to find the fathers brother, who as it turns out didnt know anything about me or the baby but had the same birthday as Bailey, then to make things even more spooky the fathers mums maiden name is Bailey, the same name that I chose for my little boy. I couldnt believe it
To me this is a sign that my beautiful little boy was meant to be here. My mum said that his spirit chose me to be his mum, I dont know why he chose me but Im glad and I beleive that with all my heart because I felt him there and Im so happy. Even if I was given a time machine. I wouldnt change a single thing

SaraJane, I pretty much knew straight away. On the day that our bub was conceived I said to my husband, do you want to make a baby today, and low and behold we did. I couldn't shake the feeling that I was pregnant even though my first 4 pregnancy tests were negative. Then, the day after my period would have been due I had a dream that I was in labour and my waters had broken - it was so vivid that I actually woke up thinking I'd wet the bed! The dream prompted me to do another test and it was positive!
