Can you call your hospitals early pregnancy unit or clinic? Usually they are more then happy to order you some early blood tests to check your HCG is doubling and an early scan seeing as you have had one ectopic and tube removal in the past. Usually a midwife does this. Our hospital has this service and I would say going on your history they would be more then happy to give you a referral. I am sure everything is ok but if you get a referral for BHCG you wont have to wait as long as the end of the week. Your symptoms sound promising of a healthy pregnancy.
