As we have not had a girl born in my husbands family for generations, we thought we might give the girls a bit of an easier path!!
If we have another boy that would be great too.

I have been told by someone that it may increase your chances of conceiving a girl if the male lowers his sperm count an hour (approx) before bd'ing.
Apparently there are usually more male sperm anyway so it's just a way of "flushing" everything out.
We will also be doing the timing thing too (2-3 days prior to ovulation).

Has anyone heard this?? I know it worked for the person who told me about it but she may have had a girl anyway, who knows.

Any opinions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
