Not that im an expert on all things biological,and if certain things 'work' to make a boy or girl..well..so be it

But as far as i know,it is always up to the male if it is going to be a girl or boy baby.

Our eggs are already girls,so depending on what genetic information is passed on in the sperm..the egg with either stay that girl,or change into a boy.
