can anyone please tell me what their implantation bleed looked like? (if you had any?) it's just that I am 5 days late for AF... had lots of CM the last 4 days and very, very slight cramping (if any) not my usual pre-AF symptoms so to say.. and just then i went to the toilet and noticed when I wiped, very, very, tiny amount of light brownish discharge on the tissue... and nothing else... if AF arrives, i normally get bright red and fair bit of it... and feel very very "wet" down there (SORRY) I'm just so confused

I cant remember getting any implantation bleeding with Jesse.. but just wanted to say i hope thats what youre both getting! My fingers are for you both Renstar and Kim. Looking forward to some big announcements!

I had inplantation spotting and cramping with my last pregnancy, it was a few days of really light spots, i honestly though Af was coming early bc of the cramping too, but the cramping went away aswell as the spotting, tested at 10dpo BFP! Good Luck!

Thanks Shoegal, turns out it was my AF coming.... strange hey? symptoms were so much like early preg... but it's ok we werent actively TTC just yet anyway!

Just wondering what an implantation bleed is like? I never had one with DS. However today i had some pink/red cm/bloodlike stuff found and also when wiping (sorry tmi) and i estimate i ovulated some time in the past week. I have never had spotting or any bleeding in between AFs so not sure what else it could be. What do you think?

Thanks Danni, the thing is though, the only time we dtd, the spermies came out externally not internally (sorry tmi) so we really didn't think there was much chance of conception this cycle.... what do you rekon? also it was in water (as spa) so maybe they swam back in? hehe

Hehe yep i hope so! I'm still having a discouloured discharge, its like a very light AF.... now i'm wondering if it is AF even though i only had it 2 weeks ago.... what do you think? as i'm bf i usually only get af's every 2 months or so, quite irregular, and they are heavy, not like this. I don't have any cramping either, just light twinges. I've been really sick with the flu, so i'm wondering if that has messed things about? I'm so tempted to test but i dont want to be disappointed so i'm holding off!

I've heard that pre-ejeculant contains a really high concentration of sperm which is why so many girls fall pregnant by accident ..... they think by withdrawing before ejaculation, you wont get pregnant.

Ourlux, I'm also experiencing that. At 10dpo I had pale pink CM on loo paper when wipe, then for the following last 3 days i've had a small amount of pale brown /sometimes claggy CM - I'm really really hoping it's not AF starting but I'll know by Saturday - AF officially due today or tomorrow.

Sorry to butt in, I am having the same thing, been TTC since March. AF is due on monday, got some spotting (only when I wiped). No cramping but general discomfort in that area. I am told that implantation happens anywhere between day 8 and 12 past ovulation and that it can be anything from bright red fresh blood to brown or pink staining that can last anywhere from 1 to 5 days. It was such a vague answer. It is driving me nuts not knowing. I still think it is to early to test (although bright spark doctor did a blood test anyway) dont think my tests will come up with anything yet because if it is an implantation then it is only just starting so the hormone level wont go up yet.

Ive not had any spotting or anything before either so fingers crossed for us both. Good luck.

Oh i'm so glad someone else is going through this! I feel like i've been going a bit nuts! There's still some discoloured cm when i wipe but also today i've been having lots of what feels like mild cramping/tightening pains - i dont want to get my hopes up but i got them very early with DS, i got them before i even got my bfp. But i keep also thinking that perhaps this could be AF just come early, though it really doesn't seem like it. I am dying to test but i'll hold out until saturday! Good luck 10years & Deni!!! I'm thinking of testing on Saturday too. My luteal phase is never over 13 days and Saturday would be 15dpo so things would look pretty good if no AF by then... it's been soooo long in TTC so I'm really hoping this is the month. I could probably test earlier but I'm just so sick of seeing that single line.. it's so deflating!

Good luck girls, I guess it varies between people. I had an implantation bleed last prg it was light spotting more brownish and I thought bugger AF coming!! Only to find the following week I felt a bit sick and dizzy and sure enough BFP 2 days before AF was due.( could'nt wait)Fingers crossed for you girlies!!!

I think this happend to me to. I had AF (so I thought) and when we went for the u/s I told my dr the date of last cycle and that meant that I was 4 weeks pg. Did the u/s and was 6 weeks pg!!! I thought it was a regualar AF, so I was actually stunned when he told us that it was 6 weeks already.
