Sorry to hear that ticklish. It's so hard with PCOS to know what's happening isn't it? For women without PCOS who have a long cycle, it's easy to be optimisitic and say "it may be late ovulation" or "it might be a BFP and too early to show". With PCOS, you are right- you never know what will happen and there often isn't an explanation. It's a big part of the frustration I think we all feel. There's no rhyme or reason to this syndrome. Some ovulate, some don't; some have AF, some don't; some have weight issues, some don't; some have acne, some don't. It's a BFP (BIG FAT PAIN!)
I'm OK thanks. Still waiting for 13th September (32 more sleeps!) so I can find out if I need a lap to have my dermoid removed/ or start clomid. I'm freaking out about it a bit- the fear of surgery more than anything. I just need to be put out of misery and find out what's going to happen!
