I know the IVF labs can 'adjust' women's cycles so they fit into the time for their appointments. Could you use the contraceptive pill to move your cycle to line up with when your hubby is home ? i'm not up with the specifics on how to do it but hopefully someone here knows.

Here's my uneducated guess FWIW- if you need to add a week to your cycle take a month on pills and then instead of the sugar pills, take another week of active pills. not sure if it would adjust your cycle forever though or just for that month.
