    I started counting the day AF arrived (not the spotting days if you have those, first day of needing a pad). I have a 28 day cycle so I presumed for me that O was days 12-14, and we DTD every second day. I've never charted or temped so can't help you there. I started taking Elevit as soon as we knew we were TTC, but that's the only supplement either of us took. Good luck!
