I've signed up to fertility friend - just need to work it all out and buy a thermometer.

Will order some pre-preg vitamins as well. My iron levels are normally quite low - so a check up and a blood test is probably a good idea.

Yep, get onto fertility friend and do the charting course thing. Even if you don't chart. Then you will know how it all works and how to look out for your fertile signs, etc.

Basically, the first day of AF is CD1. And usually it's 14 days from O until the next AF. So if you have a 28 day cycle, you should ovulate in the middle
