I guess it depends if you want to try a natural birth or just have another caesar. The chance of something going wrong with a VBAC is higher in the first 2 yrs after a caesar and if you manage to fall pg soon the chance of a problem would be pretty high.

As for bf'ing it really does depend on how fertile you are. As bub is (hopefully) feeding so much the chance of you falling pg is pretty low (it has been known to happen tho, as pp said) and then there's the risk that your bf'ing so m/c is more likely.
