Based on my own personal experience with severe fertility/endo/irregular painful periods etc, and having been down the conventional medical path first, I would strongly reccommend a qualified, registered natural therapist (ie- Naturopath), as they are trained to use various non-invasive methods of analysis to get to the root of the problem (rather than just treating the symptoms) and use natural remedies which do not have the same side-effects as allopathic drugs.
If you are interested, you can contact ANTA (Australian Natural Therapists Association) to get the details of registered experienced natural therapists (ie- a Naturopath) who are working near your area.
I attribute finally seeking a Naturopath (after years of consulting GPs, Gynocologists and Gastroenterologists etc) to the unassisted conception of my healthy baby boy. Were it not for Natural Medicine I don't think I would have able to conceive naturally and I certainly don't believe I would have been able to find lasting relief from my repoductive health issues which are no longer present.
Of course, this is my experience and I do not intend to undermine other people's choices for treatment.
Best of luck.
