I appreciate your feedback so dont be sorry, you did scare me a little though lol. I did ask in my email for detailed info but i should get them to send me something too JIC. I'm not particularly worried, i have had good dealings with the customer service lady so far so i'm just going to take the 'she'll be right' attitude until something happens
