Well the toffee didn't work. Wasn't hard enough so I obviously didn't get it hot enough. But the white chocolate ganache was yummy. I don't know that the dulce de leche added anything. But it was yummy overall. I now have left over ganache and dulce de leche so I need to come with an idea to use them up. Any tips?
