Sooooo I'm thinking of signing up for the feb round, but am worried about sticking to the program, coz I'm not so good at sticking to things

I work full time with a 2yo and lazy DH so wonder how I'd go fitting the exercise in?

Anyone got tips to convince me I'm doing the right thing by signing up?

It's easier than you think I did it whilst pregnant working 2 jobs and also a lazy husband I just got up an hour earlier which was really hard to start with then became routine
I haven't done the last few rounds so going to be a bit rusty this time around but you won't regret it I promise

its not a hard program to follow, to be honest. Follow the menu plan, fit in the exercise where you can. Are you a gym person, an outdoors workout person, or an at home workout type? I work out after the girls have gone to bed, thats when I have time. But it doesnt matter where you fit it in so long as you do it.
imo, if you really really want to lose the weight and get fit, then the program will work because you want it to work. I know heaps of people who have signed up and not one of them has regretted signing up.

    That's good to hear.
I think I need to make the time, I'm in the headset of when DD goes to bed I get to sit and do nothing
So really I probably have the time it's making my time work for me.

What are the meals like (as in what types of food) DH is fussy and more of a bland eater

the food is good. theres a bit of everything in the collection and theres always a way to edit it to sit your family's needs/requirements/likes etc. Like if I do a stir-fry I use vegies that I think my girls are more likely to eat. There is a fair bit of asian influenced foods, but you can always use less flavour if it means the food is liked more. The meals are pretty normal, nothing too out there, and they are all pretty much the healthy version of what you more than likely eat now, if that makes sense?

We love the food I've been introduced to foods I never thought I'd eat
They are all rather simple to make and a lot can be frozen so being a mum you could make a double batch for next week

Well I think ill take the plunge *gulp* DH said he will do it with me so hopefully having a structured yet somewhat flexible program will mean we can drop the kgs together, and motivate each other

Thats great! Just wanted to say that Dh has been by my side and been my cheer squad the whole way through. So far he hasnt done any workouts but has lost 10kgs just by changing what we have in the house, the types of foods we eat and etc. So there is hope

I did a looooooooooooooooooooooooooong walk today. About 90 minutes.

I was so hot (and possibly a little burned) when I got home, but it was a solid work out, when the gym was closed

GW- took a look at the All Star Workouts too! Bosu Ball man creeped me out little!
Good 'ol David Weck and the his "Bosu Ball". what's up with the slick backed hair? - and the way he calls out the exercises i was too much to focus!

I really enjoyed the Afro Latin Dance workout with Madonna Grimes - took me a bit to get co-ordinated in terms of doing it as a workout but i love Salsa dancing so it wasn't too bad

    Woot PN!!
I still have not been to the gym - without my car the gym is 2 hours on varying forms of PT, despite it being only 15 minutes away by car! LOL

Going well here, rest day yesterday and feeling awesome today! 2 days until weigh in.

I've had KFC twice this week D: D: D: The first time was planned, it was a catch up with a friend and we decided to be pigs. Felt yuck after it lol. Last night my mum & sister brought a bed over for DS, Mum offered to buy dinner and what did my sister pick.... I didnt eat too much but felt so gross afterwards. DP cracked it at me hugely, I feel so bad now. He hasnt had a drop of bad food/drink since we started our health kick, and he is struggling a bit. So me having the take out is like waving it in his face Whoops. No more though, I need to stop sucking at this weight loss support person thing!

I cant wait to get into the recipes, I am really struggling for inspiration with healthy interesting meals. Google is getting a good workout lol. And I havent worked out for 2 weeks! Grrrrrrr! I need to re-read my excuses!!!

I am also currently 5 weeks with #2!! Got my BFP last week So I really need to get into the swing of things properly. Thinking of getting a pilates or yoga dvd to do alongside MB, just not sure which way to go!
