Of course, join the group, theres a link in this thread, and I'll grab it for you iin a sec.

The before photo stays private in your account. If you want to share in the forums, you can. But the only other person who has seen my pics are my dh, and that was a few weeks after each round finished.

    Thanks hun

I thought the pictures were private, but it still worries me a bit just being the on the internet. The only way I will ever be sharing it is if I'm smoking hot at the end and want to share before & after together

Im a bit the same, I like it to stay private, and dont trust the privacy of anything on the internet. I wasnt going to share with dh but Ihad to show him how muchof a big difference there was. We were both shocked at the difference the 12 weeks makes. And Im no where near smoking hot yet

Sooooo our first week has been a complete and utter FAIL! Talking 5 days in a row of take out, no exercise. DP is still on holidays so we've been lazy slobs. We have been so good this year and then suddenly everything went to hell the last 2 weeks, "Oh we're on holidays, this once wont hurt." Which then turned into our old habits coming back full force! -sigh- So not impressed with us!
Back into properly now. Looking through the menu for next week though I may need to tweak the meals a little so I get some carbs into me each meal (with being pregnant). Had the beef & creamy mushroom last night and it was really good, just needed something a little more as an hour later I was STARVING! So I had a small serving of muesli and milk and it hit the spot perfect.

Just a quick reminder to anybody pregnant, diabetic or on some antidepressants to keep away from stevia as it can have adverse effects.

I woke up this morning with an inexplicably sore ankle that wasn't bearing any weight, but it's ok now.

    Huzzah.

    Body Combat, see you tonight.

Went for a walk this morning, have 2 classes tonight (pump & cxworx) and will go to the gym straight from work. Tomorrow night I'm back at uni, so will have fun with the juggling work/uni/food/exercise.

    the nachos are really filling!!!

im finding im better off having the banana bruschetta for breaky than cereal. i can hold off morning tea and then have a bigger lunch.
so usually have morning tea and lunch together.

tonight im doing mexican shepherds pie for dinner, with a exercise video after!

    hiya ladies,

i'm thinking of doing the 12WBT next round.. our wedding is in 9 months & want to lose some KGs. i'm kindof a fussy eater, not much for "fancy" things lol. how are the meals? i don't like shopping much either... i only goto the shop once a fortnight, will that be enough to stick to this program? i'm just worried i'll waste money joining etc. can you do all the workouts from home? i'm not fit at all, and weigh just over 100KG... i can barely run for 1 minute. just scared i guess

    any info would be helpful

    -2.2

Hiya md2b. I don't think a fortnightly shop is feasible because most of what you're eating is fresh, and the menus are released weekly. You could manage by doing a big weekly shop with a little top up during the week. You can do all the exercise at home. She dies online video work outs for that very reason. The cooking is pretty simpke and the food is delicious. Give it a go.

I'm doing it moderately (ie: not hardcore) and I've lost 8kg already, from 3 weeks preseason and 1.5 weeks of program.

Feeling deflated this morning only a 0.2 loss but I think AF is coming (due yesterday) so I'm guessing that could cause a low number with the bloating etc

I get away with the food for 2 weeks (as in 1 week's menu for 2 weeks) because I'm cooking for one and the servings are for two.

I ate before I remembered to get on the scales this morning.

AF is due and I know I've bloated up big time. Need to go to the Dr, need to make an appt for before work, might get a blood workup to check a couple of things that feel off.

    1kg loss today!
Happy with that this week. Had some setbacks that were out of my control and some that weren't holding me back, but kept my head above water better than I thought I would have. So that is a win.

    Well done everyone!!

I am doing a big shop today to cook up a whole heap of the freezable meals. I am going back to full time work, just cos, you know, didn't think life was stressful enough! PMSL So I am going to need to have a freezer full of meal ready to go for dinner for the kids, given we won't be home until 7pm most nights!
