    I've been bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely minimal exercise. I did walk from the top of the Queen Street Mall to the bottom and back at lunch time (on the way back carrying about 6 books I'd bought), had japanese for lunch & didn't eat all the rice (had about 7 chopstick full) - left more than half the rice in the bowl.

Tonight is salad - no steak, just a boiled egg & some ham in the salad.

I know my measurements etc are going to be bad this week - AF started on Monday which hasn't helped.

    ****....

I just went for an HOUR walk in 38 degree heat!! My face is as red as a beetroot and I am still sweating - ewww. Once I got back I did 50 squats, 50 lunges (25 each side), and 60 sit ups. I am absolutely stuffed but feeling very proud.

Today I only ate three saladas (with vegemite) for lunch, grapes and an apple. Not much I know but I still haven't got my appetite back. I fear a burn out and/or sickness is going to catch up with me...

I have a massive motivator - I'm going to look HOT HOT HOT when I travel to the US in 9 months!!

Rhianon.......forget other peoples stats. It may be fluid anyways. Just trust your OWN bodies response. Promise.

I just did intervals up the bloody hill and back and I am now sweating like a pig: it is HOT here today. Gonna go and have a dip in the kids wade and shade pool now, to cool off!

Amy- send me some of your motivation... Phew it was 42 degrees in penrith today and although the news said it was 38 here my thermometer said it was 40 here... There was no way i was taking the kids out in that... if DP was home i probably would have gone this evening without them would have been a perfect day to sweat it out...

Scone- i wasnt jugeing this girl... well i just hoped that we could be honest and maybe ... you know help each other but i cant stand when people are fake and dishonest . I think you should be proud to have started and putting in the effort... the way i see it is ANY loss is better then a gain...

i have decided that i'm focusing on me and me only... Its nice to have motivation but (and i hope i dont offend anyone) but i dont pay attention to what others have lost... it only depresses me... I know i havent been putting in 100 % my excuse is i'm sick but you know what... There is always an excuse with me... Its hot, its cold, i dont have time, etc etc... well i need to focus and make time... no one else will loose the weight for me... if others are ahead or behind its all ok cos we all know what we have and havent done and were accountable for ourselves...

I have made a promise to NEVER again weight as much as i did in the begining of this challange... Not even close to it... it may take me weeks, months or hey even the year (or 2) to get to my ultimate goal but i really want to get there and thats my focus... I will use everyone as motivation but i'm not pushing myself to do it faster then everyone else... just going at my own pace and hey it took a while to get to here so it'll take time going back... I was telling my DP its like a reverse pregnancy for me... HAHA i need to loose 30-40 kgs... i gained 27 with my DS and lost 10 after then gained 22 with DD... i would love to say that i could loose a kilo a week and in 40 weeks be fat free but it doesnt work that way...

keep up the good work ladies

but you know what... There is always an excuse with me... Its hot, its cold, i dont have time, etc etc...
Je$$, your self awareness on this issue is half the battle. You recognise it in yourself, so therefor you can easily change it.

Well done. You'll most likely find that it is a bit like the dishes. The thought of starting is worse than the doing.

Either way, I reckon you'll really begin to enjoy the journey. Being on the journey is easier than worrying about not being on the journey. And it is YOUR trip, no one elses.

Jess, yes I hear you. It is good you are focusing on yourself and I agree that it doesn't matter how long it takes you to get there, it is no competition, it's about you and your ultimate goal. We are all here to support one another and I think that is the greatest thing!

Can I join in on this now or am I too late for this one?
