Hope you have a great day Lucy! Enjoy your babes!

I have had a great night/day. Although my dinner wasn't so great! I was going to cook pork for idnner and when I put the meat into the pan to cook the most foul smell eminated from it....it was off even though I'd only brought it that day! So we ended up just having the roast pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot and I cooked some extra beans, corn and peas. I didn't mind it, I like my veggies, but DH wasn't so impressed, LOL! But other than that I ate well and exercised! This morning is going well so far too, though no early morning exercise like I was aiming for. But I'll do it soon, it's quite a cool day so no worries about the weather and exercising.

    My tummy is GROWLING today

I must have my appetite back! Does anyone have any suggestions on healthy snacks I can have when I feel like this mid-morning/afternoon?

I'm chugging down the water but my tummy is grumbling in protest!

Congrats to everyone, you are all doing a wonderful job.

Lucy thanks for doing such a great job and have a great day with our little kidlets.

Well I think I fell of the wagon a little yesterday, not much but a little. My best friend is up from Sydney and she came over yesterday and brought pizza, I was fairly good and only had 1 piece, but then last night DH brought out some potato chips and I just automatically grabbed a few handfuls.

I've now got another incentive to keep at it, my friend and her family will be back up here in April/May and we are planning on going to the theme parks at the gold coast and I really don't want to be carring to much extra weight so that I can have a great day on the rides.

    hugs xoxo

Amy, I have an egg on toast (no butter) around 9.30am which pushes me through until around 1pm. I am on WW though so counting my points. It is only 2.5points and is protein so fills me up until lunch time. HTH.

Can anyone answer my query about water? I had 4L yesterday which was too much I think, I normally do 3L. It was unintentional.

Queenbee, I think if you were doing a fair bit of exercise yesterday and it was hot then 4L shouldn't be a problem. 3L sounds more reasonable though. I think people have to be careful and not drink ALOT of water in a short period of time, it can be bad for you. Spread it out over the day.

Congrats to everyone on their weight loss and commitment to new healthy lifestyle. It is so nice to be able to share something that is a personal journey with others who are headed down the same road.

I had PT session #3 this morning, it was a kickboxing session and Oh my was it hard work- but I came away feeling very invigorated and motivated. I think I am very quickly going to become addicted to them- really looking forward to seeing the results of my hard work in weight loss, cm's lost but also in the improvement of my fitness.

I hope everyone continues with the motivation for week #2!

    Good Morning ladies

Lucy- I hope you have an awesome day with your babies Sometimes i have to tell myself no computer time whilst my girls are awake as i can get a bit carried away

Well doing OK here though not much exercise this week. I wanted to go for a walk last night but it was still so hot and my girls were so tired (excuses i know but it just wouldn't have been worth the stress) By the time i got them to bed i had a mountain of bookwork to do (we own a business and i manage the books) I am hoping to do more today Spoilt myself this morning as a treat for doing so well last wk and went and got a pedicure. I did make mini goals for myself and that was supposed to be my 3KG loss treat but i think i will get a spray tan when I've reached 3kg instead.

Well DD1 is at daycare and if its not too warm i think i will park at a friends house around the cnr and walk to get her. DD2 is asleep so off to tidy up then to do some wii fit if she sleeps long enough.

Amysarah - Just in regards to stopping cravings - I always budget for two coffees a day - one at MT and one at AT. Apart from needing it to keep me awake at work (lol) it also seems to keep me feeling a little full. Might not be an option for you but helps for me.

I'm not a tea or coffee drinker!!

And god help me if I get near the Milo tin... it will all be over then!!! I've gone about 3 weeks without a milo - that's probably the only reason why I'm losing weight!! LOL

I went to the supermarket and got some low-fat yogurts and some more fruit.
