Ugh yesterday was a write-off and I feel gross! Dinner (ocean harvest - lots of seafood, salad and fruit) was wholly unsatisfying, and my one drink and 1/2 desert gave me an awful headache.
The only thing I can be happy about is that we did a lot of walking around the plaza yesterday and I drank about three times as much water as I have been.

We are going for a long walk to the park today, it seems like a lovely day and DS will enjoy it too.

Ok so ive worked out coming back to work after a weekend of no checking this site means i spend my first 20 minutes catching up hehe.

Friday night had a bad one pizza for dinner aaahhh but ive looked up a bunch of low fat low carb meals that im going to start trying out. First one was saturday night and was beef stroganoff was ok not the greatest. Walked the dogs yesterday and did sit ups before bed, cheated and weighed myself this morning. Gained like 300g. Bit depressing but just going to have to work harder!!

    Have a good day ladies!

    I really need some help!

I can't get motivated and this head cold I have is killing me! I hate winter... I can't get out and walk like I want to because it is cold as!

I really need to get some good music on my Ipod so I can cycle to that! Might need to make up a cd even with 1hr worth of music!

Can someone give me a kick up the butt with some motivation!

    I feel FAT!!!

*kicks MK up bum* I agreee with the weather, although i live on the Gold Coast its cold in the morning and as soon as the sun goes down its cold in the evenings! Definately get a CD pumping, even if you do up a few so you dont get sick of the songs! You may get rid of that cold sooner if you sweat it out

had red rooster for lunch yesterday (but cous cous for breakfast and nothing for dinner). So pretty much used my daily allowance. I want to go for a walk today, but will wait til it's warmer I'm toddler free today until 2 So I should get as much done around this house as I can! I'm going to try and make dinners (coz I'm working 3-7 today and tomorrow) and maybe get out Eye Toy Play for the ps2 and give that a go!

Weather is the biggest motivation factor here too MK, but we all go out , when DF gets home from work. Turn the heater (RCAirCon) on before we leave, go out into the cold... and take a brisk 30-60 minute walk around the area. By the time we get home it is too warm for the heater, and we're both starving so dinner magically gets made quicker
Probably not as easy for you to rug up three boys but maybe you can get up an hour earlier in the morning and take DS3 for a stroll and make DH cater to the kids while you're out if they wake up?

Aamy4, yes lots of catching up on Mondays. Normally I am a more prolific poster on the weekends but had a busy one!

Kaz - Oooooer I hope you were as good as you could be! Sounds romantic though!

Ali - glad to hear you are enjoying the Wiifit! Just work at it to make sure you keep going when the novelty wears off. I am using mine again at the moment, but just doing the bodytest and yoga if DS gives me enough time. I keep meaning to fill in the activity log but if i fill it in, in advance, I feel like it is cheating and I never remember to afterwards!

Pappy!!! - Sounds great darl, I hope your training this morning was all you could ask for! ie; worked you very hard, made you hurt, made you think you would be better off dying than exercising etc... I hope it all works out for you!!

Scone it sounds like you are doing really, really well! Glad you enjoyed your massage!!

LARANNA: :birthday: Happy birthing day to you and Happy 1st Birthday to DS (is it Joshua? or am I losing my mind?!!!)! I was thinking of you yesterday remembering you had DS on Mothers Day, I hope this one was less painful than the last I am also envious of those with PT's. Would kill for a Gym within 50kms too. hah!

Cherished, I hope you get your BFP this month! I wouldn't worry too much about your short and sweet exercises, that's me here too. I don't want to burn myself out which inevitably always happens, so were just short and sweet here too. Walking with more difficult inclines on the better days and then I get on the boke or use my skipping rope / wii fit when I have time away from DS!

AFM! Well Saturday was a write off. But we did a lot of walking so I was okay with that. Yesterday everything was good except that DF bought me A Homer Hudson Choc Pud for dessert, which if you havent had them are absolutely TO DIE FOR. So we shared that too. I feel like I have a lot of exercising to do today to make up for it.

First up being going to the shops to get a few groceries! Am also considering walking to the post office but DS is sounding like he will need an early nap so not sure yet!

I hope everyone had a great weekend and Mothers day. I had a bad food day yesterday, but refuse to let myself feel guilty about it- I have decided that as part of my healthy lifestyle (because I don't use the word diet anymore) that there are going to be ocassions when I eat too much or the wrong thing, but that is life, the key is going to be letting that be a one off occasion and not an excuse for a 3 week eating binge.

Weather- I totally agree with it making motivation for excercise difficult, although for me I actualley find it nicer than excercise in the heat.

This morning at training we did a road run, my trainer told me I was doing a 4.4km run, and I was almost in tears at the though, I told him I thought I could only do 3km, but he was firm and told me that 4.4km was what I was doing. So off I went and even though I was at the back of the group and finished last, I would jog for as long as I could- walk and recover and start to jog again, I did my 4.4km's in 32 mins, and shaved 42 sec per KM off my previous road run time (I did 3 km last time) I was so proud of myself.
I also have a new and more definate goal to work towards, DH told me yesterday (in a lovely romantic way- see my woohoo post) that he is happy to have another baby. So I had always said I needed to loose a min of 20kg before I got pg again, and I want to start trying at the end of the year, so I need to loose at least another 13kgs.
