Just trying to catch up in here with every ones progress. Sounds like there has been some cms lost. You girls made me laugh about the string and builders tape measure.

Sas- sounds like you had a great loss! Well done

Belfie- I have been measuring around the tummy too as this is where I need to lose my weight from. Sounds like you have done really well so far on WW

Kas- Lol at the alarm going off but not getting up. Sometimes I wish I could just switch it off on bootcamp mornings too.

Vicstar- That is great you have stopped picking at the kids food. Its all about baby steps, good work!!

AFM haven't been eating that well the last couple of days (since Mother's day) I need to get really strict again. I am a bit bummed at myself because earlier in the week I saw a loss of 1.3kg but after a few bad days it is down to 700g loss but it is still a loss I guess. Bootcamp again tomorrow morning so going to head to bead early tonight as I have to get out of bed at 4:45am to get ready and go I just have to send my results to tril before I head to bed.

Will try and do more personals soon.

i think i heard some where if you are craving something you are best to have a little of it then hold out and eventually binge on it ... could be complete bs but who knows hehe

I think it sounds about right, everything in moderation.

Wish I hadnt of however, my crux with chocolate is that if it is in the house it is convenient. Ridiculous but oh well.

I am not going to feel guilty for my mistakes, there are several problems with the old lifestyle and one of those was lack of exercise. I have been doing that day by day so if the cutting chocolate part takes longer then so be it I guess. The rest of our eating has been superhealthy so that is something to be proud of.

Now I have to focus on keeping up the exercise and healthy eating while AF is here. And avoid having an emotional, turn-to-food day tomorrow I have my appointment with the surgeon and it's going to be interesting to find out how long I will have to wait and how much I am putting myself into debt. At least I can go in there proud that I am changing my exercise and dietary habits (slowly but surely) so that after the op when I am backpainless I can lose the rest of the weight

Sorry for the incessant me rable, am a bit nervous.
