I think it sounds about right, everything in moderation.
Wish I hadnt of however, my crux with chocolate is that if it is in the house it is convenient. Ridiculous but oh well.
I am not going to feel guilty for my mistakes, there are several problems with the old lifestyle and one of those was lack of exercise. I have been doing that day by day so if the cutting chocolate part takes longer then so be it I guess. The rest of our eating has been superhealthy so that is something to be proud of.
Now I have to focus on keeping up the exercise and healthy eating while AF is here. And avoid having an emotional, turn-to-food day tomorrowI have my appointment with the surgeon and it's going to be interesting to find out how long I will have to wait and how much I am putting myself into debt. At least I can go in there proud that I am changing my exercise and dietary habits (slowly but surely) so that after the op when I am backpainless I can lose the rest of the weight
Sorry for the incessant me rable, am a bit nervous.
