i think i heard some where if you are craving something you are best to have a little of it then hold out and eventually binge on it ... could be complete bs but who knows hehe

I think it sounds about right, everything in moderation.

Wish I hadnt of however, my crux with chocolate is that if it is in the house it is convenient. Ridiculous but oh well.

I am not going to feel guilty for my mistakes, there are several problems with the old lifestyle and one of those was lack of exercise. I have been doing that day by day so if the cutting chocolate part takes longer then so be it I guess. The rest of our eating has been superhealthy so that is something to be proud of.

Now I have to focus on keeping up the exercise and healthy eating while AF is here. And avoid having an emotional, turn-to-food day tomorrow I have my appointment with the surgeon and it's going to be interesting to find out how long I will have to wait and how much I am putting myself into debt. At least I can go in there proud that I am changing my exercise and dietary habits (slowly but surely) so that after the op when I am backpainless I can lose the rest of the weight

Sorry for the incessant me rable, am a bit nervous.

Cookie - chocolate is not bad for you, it is the sitting down and doing nothing whilst eating it that is bad, bad, bad, oh so bad!

I thought the results might be up.....NOT looking forward to mine at all.

    Cya!

Haha Vix I tried to make up for it with some extra exercise today.
My BUM hurts so you can probably guess what I have been doing

I get so bored on the exercise bike though, music and all. According to it I just burnt 150 calories but I don't trust it too much, has been out in the rain for months and is probably damaged
I tried to do some skipping afterwards but my legs kept slacking so I'll leave my skip for after my walk.

Oh, aamy if you already need one don't get pregnant! Mine went from a 12E-14DD to an 18J... which over the last week appears to be coming a 16 which would make it a K... I don't lose bust weight ever so I got over waiting!

Where is everyone? Maybe I need to stop talking . I just know if I don't post often I will totally slack out.

Trillian's mailbox is still full and I can't PM her, is it just me with probleems?

Cookie, boy I thought mine were huge (16F), I'm trying to wait and get mine done after I've finished having kids and b/fing, but good on you, I feel your pain .

Not much else going on, did food shopping today and have walked kids to and from school, am going to get on the eliptic (sp?) thingy soon before dinner. It will be good to see the percentages when Trillian puts them up.

    GO TEAM!!!!

The results are in!!! I have updated the first post with all your results for this week. I decided to drop the amount lost from each week and only post the percentage and centimeters lost and just do a total loss at the end so that you don't feel disheartened by what you do or don't lose each week as some of you may not have lost any %, but you lost cm's, so I think that's a better way to show the results over the course of the challenge.

But either way we have all done awesomely!!!! Well done to all of us and I think we all deserve a pat on the back for our efforts!

I will also put in my signature the weekly challenge so if you don't see it in here, you will see it about the place in my sig. Now you don't have to do this, at all, but it's just something to keep you motivated and a direction to focus on for the week.

So this week's challenge will be to take your favourite recipe and make it low fat, or as low fat as you can get it! Have fun experimenting in the kitchen with your fave dish and make it into something you have still enjoy, not something you have to cut out.

PS, I have also cleared my inbox for pms LOL. Sorry about that!
